refund problem~

i wanna say dell's service is terrible and inefficiency

dell canceled my order because of the verification issue and the laptop return by fedex at 10/21/2016
i try to email them and call to the verificetion team several times but nothing change,some india guy told me that i would receive refund in one day at last week...
wtf dell service i give them one call per day until i get the refund.

i did not receive the package and fedex return the box in midway,so i canot get what's difficult in refund.

This is the same crap they were doing 11 years ago when I got here. Concensus seems that they are scavenging a couple bucks interest by holding refunds for 6 weeks. Sounds silly, until we consider how many hundreds of thousand times they do it. Then it's like, reputation schmeputation, anything for a buck and they mean ANYthing.
