My laptop

I sent my laptop, which was still under warranty, to Dell for repairs. They replaced the screen and said it was not covered by the warranty; so, I had to pay them $269.00. Then they shipped it to the wrong address and I never got it. I told them that if they could not get me my laptop back, I wanted a new one. They refused and offered me an old one.

If your state's attorney general is consumer active he can likely straighten this out. Dell already has judgements against them in a majority of states.
