Tech support in Nashville was told today that they will all be laid off on 4/29/15. They have two months to find another job within Dell or outside of Dell. This is about ~100 people. For anyone laid off they will get a package.

Dell is going to help out with finding folks a job within Dell and outside. They plan to have a career fair inside of Dell to bring in companies outside to help place people.

I heard that back when the "Day After St. Valentine's Day Massacre" occurred back in 2001 - it was 100% BS then, and I have no doubt it's 100% BS today.
