I just joined and love this site I have to say my Mac is better then any dell ever made.

That's the point. When you spend money for quality you expect quality. When you spend $299 on a Dhell and expect quality, you'll get the bargain-basement crap you deserve.

Howzbout when you spend $2999 and it STILL doesn't work and can't be fixed?

I live across the street from a guy who dropped over $2000 on an all-in-one iMac with a 27 inch screen a few years ago. He's totally happy with it and I've never heard him talk about any hardware problems.
