First of all I want to say that this website is the first thing that makes me happy since all this trouble with Dell started - thank you for that.
Everything began about 2 month ago when I send my computer in to get the fan fixed. It came back and the graphics were not working anymore. It took Dell technical support several people and many hours to find something like a solution and the laptop seemed to work fine after that.
The real problem started a few days later when I´ve got a call from a computer voice talking about an appointment. I decided to call the support the next day since it was already late. I´ve got another call the next morning and I called Dell support to ask them why they call me. The support guy apologized and said he would close the case.
Next day the same thing - computerlady is calling me and a support guy telling me he is on his way to my location to fix the issue. I call that guy telling him that there is no issue and of course he apologizes and tells me he will close the case.
A couple days later the same thing - I get more calls, I call dell support, same reaction, no changes.
I started keeping my phone muted at all times because it was disturbing my daily life and my sleep. Family and people from my work got mad at me because I didnt answer their calls. My voicemail is full of messages from that computerlady and I am just so frustrated. Sometimes I had to wait before I could call Dell because I would either yell at them and tell them to shuffle their support into their ***** or I was afraid I would start crying because I was so mad.
To make it short - where I am now I received 17 calls by the computerlady between 6:15 and 8:00 am during the last month, 7 calls by technicians telling me they are on their way to my location (and never arrive) and 3 emails telling me I have to send in some parts.
I talked to 2 Dell technicians, to their supervisor, 2 Dell support guys, their supervisor, 1 guy on his way to my location and 1 guy on the phone. The reference and case numbers are not always the same and the support contacts me because of different issues I dont have.
The last costumer support first told me he could help me with my complaint but then said he couldnt since he was from another country. He referred me to another one. After the other one read all this (!!!!!!) he told me that his understanding is that I need technical support for my broken computer

!!!! I couldnt belief it. NO thats exactly what I dont need. Just leave me alone !!!!
I told them that I don´t want their damn warranty anymore and that I just want em to delete my contact information. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE !!!!
So, what can I do ? Should I report them to the police or get a lawyer ? I just dont know what to do so they fu**** leave me alone.
