Dell delays ALL payments, including vendors, 30-60 days. Their spreadsheet mentality tells them they make money by holding other peoples'.
Calling them is futile. They don't care if you're inconvenienced or pissed, even to the point of telling everyone you know not to do business with Dell. Shyt way to run a business but that's what they have chosen. They only respond to credit card companies and state attorneys general.
If you used credit card, contact them. Tell them the product was defective and you sent it back but there is no refund. They will suspend the amount immediately so you no longer owe on it, and go after Dell. Dell does NOT stiffarm credit cards, they flat can't get away with it and they know it.
