I sent my laptop, which was still under warranty, to Dell for repairs. They replaced the screen and said it was not covered by the warranty; so, I had to pay them $269.00. Then they shipped it to the wrong address and I never got it. I told them that if they could not get me my laptop back, I wanted a new one. They refused and offered me an old one.
