Caveat Emptor: “Let The Buyer Beware”. I like to share some stunning pictures of what was supposed to be a brand new XPS 8300 replacement system that was made on March 15, 2012.The day that the Dell executive support team initiated the order! This is documented evidence of the deceptive business practices of Dell computer!!!

Reinstall operating system because thats on the monkey script................check.

Spend hours and hours in a "loop" with no recourse with said monkey.......check.

Speak to another monkey from being worn down from sheer exhaustion/frustration from first monkey..............check

Begin loop all over again with magical solution to fix everything (reinstall operating system).............check

Spend hundreds of dollars on technical help because noone has a clue whats wrong ..............check (more saavy technically inclined computers users may skip this step-I couldn't)

With problem FINALLY diagnosed, then the real hell begins................getting it fixed. I only managedto get it "escalated" to a slightly more intelligent, slightly easier to understand monkey. Kudos on getting someone important sounding, however, it sounds like you got the same bullshit hand job everyone else gets.

I got refurbished crap parts, but at least it works. My expectations were so low at that point, I was actually estatic.

I had an XPS 630i, 2k computer.

The model may change, but the story stays the same.

What amazes and saddens me is I dealt with different lvl overseas drones, and it sounds like you actually dealt with important people and got the same result.

No wonder the companies going down the shitter (well, thats some good news).
