Hello Everyone,
I have been recently laid off by Dell. The HR manager told me that the reason is the redundancy in the company(they only hired me last year). At the time of layoffs, they handed over a dell contract which involves a severance(nothing much as I joined recently), however my concern is something else.
1: Even after one month they have neither communicated or provide me relieving/experience letter. severance contract has mentioned a lump sum amount but they are sending the amount in chunks.
Since this forum has many people who have been through this situation I wanted to know.
1: Is it possible that they do not give me experience/relieving letter at all. In that case I will have to show my severance contract to prospective employer and then it will cause difficulties in getting a new job.
2: How do I collect last month's salary slips and experience letter as they have not provided any HR contact person. what is the best way?
3: How much time do they exactly take to do full and final?
Thanks in advance for any help in this regard and to overcome this situation I am in because of Dell (

my worst decision till date to join this company).
cheers
