Dell complaints

Dell's onsite service is the worse service ever!!!! my laptop randomly shuts down by itself. I ordered Onsite service from Dell to fix it by costing $59 since I cannot send their away for 10 -13 days. The technician replaced the parts three times, but it ended up with either new problem come out or old problem stays. in the end, they asked me to send my laptop to their depot. I have to agree with that since I do not trust the onsite service anymore. because the onsite service did not fix the my problem, so I asked my money back. they said the money was not refundable. The representative told me that I should pay for it no matter the problem is fixed or not as long as they sent technician to my place. but they did not tell me when I bought the service. why should I buy it since it does not guarantee to fix the problem. I am so disappointed ~!! I would never buy any Dell product again. If you are considering purchasing a laptop, just leave Dell out of your list.

Never say never on a refund. If you paid by credit card you can reverse the changes and claim its a lemon. Your being scammed by Dhell. Also if your within the 21 day return window you can return it! I'd call my state Attourney General and contact them about Dhell and what they are up to. Most if not all stats have Dhell on speed dial these days.
