Yes. I'd gamble that even the so-called "Pro Support" that currently resides in the US will eventually be sourced to India or elsewhere. They'll just reserve the better speaking English Indians to handle those calls, and even if they have to pay them a slightly higher wage, it'll still be less than what they'd pay a North American counterpart.
