| Anyone who has not signed up for the back wage lawsuit should do so promptly. You may not recover the unpaid wages unless you have signed up via sshwlaw.com Links are available on the website to sign up. All are eligible from Roseburg, Nashville, Round Rock, McGregor and OKC. Idaho and other sites are also involved. You will not automatically be signed up. If you believe Dell will just send you the retroactive pay, you are wrong. It has nothing to do with signing a severance agreement. Again, if you want funds distributed to you from unpaid back wages at Dell relating to unpaid commisions, hours, breaks or contests you must sign up for these wages. Links are available via sshwlaw.com |

Why are people suing Dell? I heard someone filed a small claim court against Dell to get their personal belongings back that were never shipped to them. They served the address at NE Stephens in Roseburg, Oregon and if no one shows up to defend Dell then they may get a $1000 judgment. She had to pay $200 in Douglas County to file the small claims case. Wonder how this will turn out? Anyone else had any experience in this type of thing? _________________ I was burned out and didnt mean to prank call customers from work. I am sorry. |

Here you go.... looks like $48 will do it and if you win, you get that money back. I am missing some pictures and pens and I think $1499 is good enough to cover the pain and suffering. Power in numbers people.
