I so totally hate working nights, especially on a weekend, at Dell. It seems the id10ts come out of the woodwork on a saturday evening. I had one guy ask me every step of how to restart his computer. I am so tired and don't give a flying flip about joe schmo's busted $h1t. Oh well, I get to start 2 weeks of training on monday for a new dept. yippee. Is there anybody else working tonight that can post up here? I have 3 freakin hours to go. why do we give our life away to hell, only to feel much worse in the end for it. I just want to go outside and start screaming at how dumb people can be and never stop.
I had another pissed off customer who didn't get their tv tuner card they had wanted, by the way. That's great service right there.
So, I just got up and found that there are only 2 people within a 5 row radius of me. That really boosts morale when you cannot even talk to someone. woohoo. I'm so happy for all the wonderful people who took off for the thanksgiving holiday, you made it so warm and friendly to be here. Well, forall you who are off right now, you are so lucky, cause it just sucks tonight. _________________ Have you seen my dell laptop?

No, thank goodness. With my new schedule i work m-f, and all the good holidays are on the weekends. That makes me happy to look forward to. Sorry to hear you get the shaft on that one. I hate the corporations that force people to think they need assistance on a global holiday like christmas. Greedy @$$holes _________________ Have you seen my dell laptop?

The problem aren't global companies, they are feeding a demand...
The problem are the damn idiots who call on those days. _________________ I see DELL people!!

It's very disrespectfull of how America does business these days. Not honoring holidays anymore, except for the major ones. Used to get off for George Washington's birthday, and several other days. Everyone would close up shop. Now stores are open even on sundays, forcing people to work. America should go to a four day work week, with three days off, if they take away all our other holidays.
The Jewish community actually still celebrates their holidays, and closes shop. They have holidays that last for a week or two at a time. I think this is great and I congratulate them. If only the rest of America wouldn't be so greedy for $$$, they could learn something. If the businesses were forced to close, and the holidays were national, no one would lose any business. The customers would just have to wait until they reopen. |

Unless you're an experct at everything, I'm sure there is some area in your life that would make you look like an idiot as well. Maybe you don't know how to change out a bad outlet, maybe you couldn't find the alternator on your car, or maybe you can't balance your checkbook despite being so freakin smart! Oh maybe when you're 60 and you're clueless about some new technology, some guy will think you're the idiot while helping you. Dude..its your job to help people while sitting on your arse all night. What you do is physically easier than what builders do, but I realize you have to deal with folks sometimes upset. You have it hard in a different way, by cleaning up the mess that others make. I can appreciate that...really. I got b...itched out many times in my previous job, and at times it stank! Hang in there, and drink another cup of jo on me. At least you'll still have your job after they shut EG1 down in 18 months...if we make it that long. J.W. save a place for me in Nashville, if you'll still have me. The dream team is getting back together one more time! Hang in there dude and be thankful for what you have, because things never stay the same. Bye the way, what is a tv tuner card? Relax...just kidding...OUT! |

Rumplestiltskin, are you serious? Wow, lol!!!! And Whites aren't the Devil, Blacks arent lazy, and Hispanics never steal.... You mind doing me a favor, and leave your Sarcasm somewhere else? I doubt any "greedy American, or Generous Jew apreciates what your saying. thanks.
LOL, i assume you are being sarcastic, because you cant seriously think you can change racist stereo types by typing rubish on a forum... At least i hope your that bright.
Damn right we Americans are Greedy. Capitolism is our way. Now that guy thats working on a Saturday, that sucks. But I bet he makes decent money. Maybe not. But Its his own fault one way or another. He has the ability to type there for can get another job. Not that he should have to. I agree that Dell sucks for making him work on it. Its BS!! The guys at Dell bust there butts, just like the rest of us. I have to work as well. So do Doctors, Metro Drivers, security guards, ect ect. So lets blame the buisnesses like they are doing and NOT America. Were still the best Country their is! |
